I am a passionate advocate for conscious and empowered health and I’ve spent the last 8 years educating people about low-tox living and holistic health support. I also teach both online and personal essential oils classes to help people learn how to use essential oils safely to support their physical body, emotional wellbeing and spiritual health.

I am a Mum to three beautiful kidlets and love nothing more than to be down on the beach with my fam – sun on our faces, feet splashing in the waves with sand castles in the making.

As a luna-lover and self-confessed crystal addict, I can often be found gazing up at the moon or spending far too much time in New Age shops fondling all the pretty stones!

Travelling the world and immersing myself in different cultures really excites me! I seek these experiences to learn more about the world we are all a part of – to appreciate our differences and similarities.

I’m not really a morning person… (unless the sun is shining and it’s a beach day or there’s a beautiful yoga class on a Saturday morning!) …lazy Saturday mornings are sacred. In recent years, yoga has become part of my self-care practice and I look forward to a good stretchy sesh on my mat.
